• Stay-in-place spreading tool designed for use underneath shower pan liners to create the proper sub floor slope needed to manipulate water towards to weep holes in the shower floor instead of between the mud bed and the liner.
• In order to build a proper mortar bed you will have to build a perfect pitch and slope (1/4" per 12" run) for water drainage.
• The Pre Pitch Kit can be used on wood sub-flooring or concrete floors and the plastic float sticks can be easily cut to the necessary size with a hacksaw, PVC cutters, or a grinder.
• This kit is made for standard shower areas with a centered drain, or custom shower areas where the drain is within 36" of each wall.
