• EFFORTLESS PEPPER MILL — With a single touch, the Elis Sense u'Select electric pepper mill lights up to quickly deliver freshly ground pepper. Just touch the body and the top to start the mechanism. When technology supports gastronomy, it is pure pleasure! Developed in France
• U’SELECT SETTINGS — Our patented system helps you select your desired grind. Twist to create your precise balance of flavor through six settings, from extra fine to very coarse. The two-stage grinding mechanism first effortlessly cracks and then grinds the peppercorns to the desired coarseness
• PRECISION GRIND — Through two centuries of experience, we have expertly engineered each pepper mill and mechanism specifically for the consistency and shape of peppercorns. We make the gear mechanism from case hardened steel that is treated to prevent corrosion and rust
• ENHANCE FLAVOR — The u’Select mechanism brings out all the aromatic depth of peppers by selecting the right grind for your taste. Very finely ground pepper will bring out its spice, whilst a coarser grinding will highlight its aromas and flavor.
• READY TO SEASON —The mill comes with a measuring cup, funnel and tray. To refill, simply unlock and lift the top portion, and use the funnel to help pour in your peppercorns (max size ¼ inch/6mm)
• MILLED STEEL — Elis mills mechanisms are made in France from stainless steel. Each product is a marriage of ingenuity and elegance, designed so that the brushed finish and straight lines give off exceptional style in your home. Comes with six AAA batteries.
