This merchandise is all untested and uninspected woot.com retail returns, almost all in the original box. Although it is common for customers to return unused merchandise in the original box, it is not a general requirement for refund. Even if the customer hasn’t used the item, if any portion of the packaging has been opened, it can not go back on the site. Customer return merchandise may be used, have bad packaging, or be otherwise damaged.
